Emergent Preparatory Academy serves children from 6 weeks to 4 years old in a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early development through play, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences.
Our programs operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM across multiple locations in SE, SW, and NE Washington, DC, with continued expansion planned.

Role Overview:
Provide leadership and oversight of daily center operations, ensuring high-quality instruction, regulatory compliance, and a structured, supportive learning environment for children, families, and staff.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a childcare or educational setting
-
Prior supervisory or leadership experience required

Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and program operations

Lead the classroom by implementing structured lesson plans, guiding children’s development, and maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field with at least 15 ECE Credits

Experience in a childcare or classroom setting preferred
