Delores McGee
Founder & Executive Director
Ms. McGee holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, with over 17 years of experience operating high-quality childcare programs. Her work has focused on curriculum development, staff leadership, and building strong early learning environments. She is committed to creating spaces where children are challenged to think, grow, and develop with confidence.

Addisalem Tesfaye
Director, Emergent Prep Academy III
Ms. Addisalem brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and currently serves as a Child Development Center Director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an Associate degree in Accounting, and has developed a strong foundation in early childhood education through her professional experience and continued higher educational studies in the field.
She is committed to creating safe, structured, and enriching environments where children can grow and thrive. Known for her patient and compassionate leadership, she supports children, families, and staff while fostering a positive and inclusive learning community.

Opal Mundy
Director, Emergent Prep Academy IV
Opal Mundy is a passionate educator and instructional leader dedicated to supporting both teachers and students in achieving success. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Howard University and her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, equipping her with a strong foundation in both teaching and curriculum development. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education, her mission is to develop educators into confident, effective teachers by providing mentorship, resources, and ongoing support. She is especially passionate about creating meaningful, culturally relevant learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of all students, particularly in urban education settings.

Vonique Bullock
Director, Emergent Prep Academy V
Vonique Bullock is a dedicated early childhood leader with over 20 years of experience in education, with the majority of her career rooted in early childhood development. She holds a Master’s in Education and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Education Administration, bringing both instructional expertise and strong leadership to her role.
Committed to elevating people, programs, and possibilities, Ms. Bullock is passionate about creating a learning environment where children, families, and staff thrive. She believes that the early years lay the critical foundation for becoming a lifelong learner and approaches her work with intentionality, care, and high expectations.
She works closely with families and staff to build a supportive community where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn each day.
Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to excellence, consistency, and care, ensuring that every classroom aligns with the mission and values of Emergent Preparatory Academy.

Kylie Kate Aranas
Executive Administrator Assistant
Kylie Kate Aranas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and brings experience in classroom teaching before transitioning into executive support. She provides organized and reliable support, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she contributes to the team’s success through consistency, strong organization, and dependable support, through attendance tracking, CACFP coordination, and the management of staff and child records.
Her role includes supporting systems such as Procare and Box.com to ensure accurate documentation and efficient operations across the program. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she plays a key role in maintaining organization, consistency, and day-to-day operational support.

Chariz Sayat
Executive of Operations Administration
Committed to continuous improvement, Chariz partners closely with leadership to drive sustainable processes, support site directors, and ensure that operational practices align with the mission and standards of Emergent Preparatory Academy. Leading the development and execution of systems that drive operational excellence, compliance, and organizational consistency across all locations. With a solid foundation in operations management and executive leadership support, Chariz plays a critical role in strengthening internal structures, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting high-performing environments.
